Welsh Women's Work Corset
𝐿𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝑜𝒻 𝓂𝓎 𝓂𝑜𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇
Made for upcycled souviner teatowels, the Welsh Women's Work Corset features a beatifully vibrant print of a Welsh Lady plaing the harp against a backdrop of other Welsh iconography. With a short v-shaped silhouette supported by upcycled fruit packaging boning and back lacing that pulls you in at the waist and lifts the bust up.
Lined in a deadstock dupion silk, please note due to the nature of using deadstock materials, the silk lining may be a different shade or colour.
Made to order, 2-3 weeks manufacturing time plus shipping, please be aware that wait times can be longer when demand is high.
Avalible in sizes xsmall to xlarge, for measurments please refer to the sizing guide in my shop section.
Due to the dimensions of the tea towell, the print placement can differ between the sizes and the large and xlarge the back pannels will both be black cotton.
Dryclean or Hand wash only, use a gentle handwash soap or dissolve a washing tablet in warm water and hang out in a ventilated area to dry.
Do not tumble dry or iron the product, I use an upcycled plastic boning and heat may melt or misshape the plastic.
To best preserve the shape of the corset either hang up or lay the item flat when storing.
The return warranty on purchased items covers major manufacturing defects (not including minor aesthetic imperfections) within 14 days of recieving the item. It does not cover misuse or accidental damage by the customer, loss or theft.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

To find the best size for you, please use the measurements below to inform your choices. For corsets I recommend measuring your bust (over the nipples) and waist (smallest part of your waist/around the belly button), and if you fall in-between sizes, choosing a size down to achieve the tight look, the lacing means it can fit larger.
If your bust fits into one size but waist fits another I suggest using your waist measurement as the shaping on the bust allows for large or smaller sizes and still allows for support. If you have a larger bust or are worried you can always add a note and I’ll try to adjust the pattern as best I can.
Xsmall - Bust 28” - 31” Waist 22” - 25”
Small - Bust 32”- 35” Waist 26”- 29”
Medium - Bust 36” - 39” Waist 30” - 33”
Large - Bust 40” - 42” Waist 34” - 37”
Xlarge - Bust 43” - 45” Waist 38” - 41”
Currently my sizes go up to a Xlarge but if you require a larger size please use the contact form with your measurements and I can make a custom order for you, I won’t charge extra but it may add a few days onto the production wait time to grade the patterns.
